SİNEMA ESERİ YAPIMCILARI MESLEK BİRLİĞİ
International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF) is a nonprofit federation, which consists of 34 producers organizations from 27 countries all over the world. FIAPF acts as a representative for the common economic and legal interests of producers in international film and television industries.
As an organization advocating the rights of producers, FIAPF coordinates professional principles and policies such as legislation of copyright and other intellectual property rights; increase in digital technologies and their effect on audio visual value; technological standardization and media arrangements; and film funding mechanisms in both public and private film industries.
Furthermore, FIAPF organizes international film festivals and its role is to support managing the relationship of producers, agents and distributors with festivals. In this context, FIAPF International Film Festivals Regulation creates a mutual trust agreement between festivals and film industry. Accredited festivals are expected to implement quality and reliability standards parallel to the expectations of the industry.
