SİNEMA ESERİ YAPIMCILARI MESLEK BİRLİĞİ
The International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF) is a non-profit federation formed by 34 producers’ associations from 27 different countries. FIAPF represents the common economic and legal interests of producers within the global film and television production industries.
As an organization advocating for producers’ rights, FIAPF coordinates professional principles and policies in areas such as copyright and other intellectual property legislation, the spread of digital technologies and their impact on the audiovisual value chain, technological standardization practices and media regulations, as well as public and private film financing mechanisms.
FIAPF also acts as a regulator of international film festivals. In this capacity, it contributes to managing the relationships between producers, sales agents, distributors, and film festivals. The FIAPF International Film Festival Regulations establish a framework of trust between festivals and the film industry. Accredited festivals are expected to apply quality and reliability standards that meet industry expectations.
